Started Stripping Surcharge Material

Today we were able to start stripping the surcharge material from the building pad again following Tuesday's rain. The material was still wet, but we were able to remove about half of it and clear the pad for the concrete crew coming Monday.

We were not able to compact the material since it was still too wet, but hopefully will be able to do so tomorrow as the material dries out.
