Concrete curb is almost done

A majority of the curb has been poured. We are currently pouring the last island and the other side of the street entrance. We only have to pour a straight section in front of the pavilion and at the curb drains.

Roughing in all trades

Now that the temporary roof is on, all the trades are working to finish the interior walls to get things up to the attic space.

Most of the plumbing is roughed into the bathrooms and serving areas.

Drywall is hung in the inspected and insulated attic space. Sprinkler pipe and ductwork is starting to be suspended from the ceiling in the mezzanine.

Ductwork is being hung starting in e lower areas all working back up to the mezzanine.

Curb is poured around most of the parking areas.

Windows arrive on site

Two crates of windows from thermal windows arrived. Appear to be in good shape, and have the shock sensors displaying no damage.

Anchor bolts drilled and epoxied

The anchor bolts for the hold downs are mostly installed. They were drilled 14" deep, sucked out with a vacuum, blown out with air and then epoxied and set.

Hole drilled and cleaned out.

18" threaded rod ordered from local supplier pre cut.

14" embedment.

Final product.

Pulled out to show epoxy depth.

Remaining trusses set

*this post somehow did not get published when originally created- oops!

The remaining trusses have been set and the front exterior well has been framed.

Roof decking installed

The framer started decking the roof today. I spent a lot of time on the roof checking the nailing pattern, making sure they fixed any areas I asked them to correct.

My marks showing missed, under driven, or over driven nails.

A couple of under driven nails that were later fully nailed by hand.

A corner that stuck up a little before it was fixed.
